ELABORATION

Wine made with grapes from our vineyards located in the floodplain of a hill between the rivers Douro and Adaja.

Nighttime harvesting with 50% of the grapes macerated between 8o-10o C for 8 hours. Controlled fermentation completed at 13o C in 10 days.

TYPE OF WINE

  • White wine, young, pale yellow, dry and fruity.
  • 100% Verdejo.
  • Denomination of Origin Rueda.

VISUAL

A view has a pale greenish clean and bright lemony yellow.

AROMA

The noise is powerful with notes of fresh fruit, green apple and eno.

FLAVOR

The palate is fresh, round and fruity balanced, character and delicate aftertaste to hinojo characteristic of the variety, which reaffirms its origin.

Pairing suggestions

Fish, fresh seafood, pastas, rice, cheeses and white meats.
