Pale straw yellow color rimmed with greenish hues. Clean, bright and crystal clear with a glyceric tear when swirling the glass.
Powerful and clean, medium-full body. Pleasing and powerful aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and green apple along with some notes of fresh grass.
On the palate it is cheerful and fresh. The balanced acidity brings a long finish full of the classic Verdejo flavors of anise, citrus and tropical fruits.
Pairing suggestions
Goes well with white fish dishes and all kinds seafood and white meats.
