Project Description

ELABORATION

Wine elaborated with grapes of our own vineyards of the variety verdejo 100%, previus from old vineyards placed in the plain of a mount to 750m. Of altitude between the rivers Duero and Adaja.

Night harvest, 50% of the grapes soaked 8 to 10 hours at a temperature of 10°C.

TYPE OF WINE

The waiting time to enjoy this wine is 24 months, 14 months in barrels of American and French oak, 10 months in bottle.

ALCOHOLIC DEGREE

13,5% Vol.

Production limited to 6666 bottles.

Grapes harvested for the production of this wine are an output not exceeding 3000kg per hectare Making payment Miralalba name, in the Borough of Valdestillas, south of the province of Valladolid (Spain).

VISUAL

High intensity color, layer and covered with clean, elegant garnet reflections.

AROMA

Intensely aromatic, which include powerful aromas of very ripe black fruit in excellent harmony with tones spaced foster clean wood, roast, licorice, coffee, vanilla and cocoa.

FLAVOR

In the mouth, with lots of texture, tasty, intense and elegant, ripe tannins that promise excellent future. Fruity and spicy sensations and an aftertaste reminiscent of wood.

Strong meats, such as veal chops grilled, fried lamb chops, roast lamb, roast pork knuckle, etc.
