ELABORATION

Wine made with grapes from our vineyards located in the floodplain of a hill between the rivers Douro and Adaja.

Night harvest, 50% of the grapes soaked 8 to 10 hours at a temperature of 10 ° C.

TYPE OF WINE

IHSUS S born from the blend of three grape varieties, all made separately and mixed in these percentages to get the best from each of them:

  • 30% Viura: gives its fine color.
  • 30% Verdejo: gives acidity and balance.
  • 40% Sauvignon Blanc: Blanc gives his wild nose.

VISUAL

Yellow, bright, steely and transparent.

AROMA

Clean and evocative aromas; acacia flowers, lemon peel, grapefruit zest, freshly cut grass and stone fruit. It is as if each variety contribute its aroma.

FLAVOR

Attacks on the palate with amplitude and intensity. Well-integrated acidity, cool tour, profiled and fine definition. Right permanence.
