ELABORATION

This wine has been produced using ancient wisdom and traditional methods.
This wine is made with specially selected Verdejo grapes from our oldest vines in our own vineyards, located on the plain of Mount Valdestillas between the DOURO and ADAJA rivers.

Fermentation has been carried out with its own native yeasts and completed on the lees.
